Responsibilities
· Planning and Prioritizing Operations
· Maintaining close communication with the Culinary & Production team
· Ensuring good workflow coordination (maximizing performance and minimizing delay)
· Ensuring efficient & effective work-order sheets are in place
· Planning of NPT(“New Production Techniques”) Production
· Material Management
· Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand, whilst minimizing / preventing
wastage.
· Managing Inventory - Minimize shortage & material wastage
· Perform daily check and keeping logs in Material Wastage
· Perform continuous monitoring & problem-solving on products with issues
· Organizing material orders
· Airline Catering-related Forecasting & Analysis Management
· Administration Duties:
▶ Production Label Management
▶ Other related-projects (when assigned)
Qualifications
Education:
· Diploma & above (4-year degree graduates in related discipline preferred)
Experience:
· 0~2 years of experience (in catering-field preferred);
· Fresh graduates are welcome
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
· Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
· Excellent communication abilities
· Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Language / Communication Skills:
· Good command of English (in Read/Write aspect)
