[포지션] HR-Compensation & Benefit (보상 및 복리후생)

[담당업무]

- Assist in preparing & implementing C&B projects for the entire organization;

- Coordinate C&B processes such as incentive planning, employee benefits coordination, etc;

- Support the design & development of compensation policies as well as different schemes of the variable remuneration;

- Prepare Monthly Labor Cost for each BU;

- Other related HR responsibilities;

[자격요건]

- Minimum 5~7 years of experiences directly related to C&B;

- 7+ years of working experience in HR experience;

 (Hospitality & Attractions industry experience is a plus.)

- English fluency in both speaking & writing;

- Being a strong team player;

- Strong and proven analytical skills & time management skills;
