[지원자격] - 4년제 대학교 졸업자
- 1년 이상의 Account Management 경력
- 영어 능력 필수 (기타 외국어 능력 우대)
- 기술적인 부분과 관련하여 전문적인 고객 대응 능력
- 꼼꼼하고, 긍정적인 성향 / 시간관리능력
- 결과지향적, 진취적, 능동적인 self starter
- 다양한 국적의 팀원 들과 함께 일할 수 있는 역량
- 비즈니스 니즈 및 모델을 이해하는 능력
- 자신감있고, 친화적인 성격
- 스타트업 근무 경력 우대

Work closely with merchants to ensure their account is optimized with the best payment options and price points setup Communicate directly with merchants to help them best utilize different Paymentwall tools, and answer inquiries and support customer requests Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration and others to ensure the merchant has all the necessary information Build strong personal relationships with current merchants to help them reach their monetary goals

Graduates of 4-year university (business, economics, communication, etc.) More than 1 year experience in Account Management
English fluency required (other foreign language ability preferential)
Professional customer responsiveness in relation to technical aspects
Meticulous, positive inclination / time management ability
Ability to work with team members of different nationalities
Ability to understand business needs and models
