Job Purpose To provide support to PR &
Communications department with various tasks. To drive and maximize brand awareness through
proper communications including social media operation and direct-to-customer
activities. Main Duties & Responsibilities 1. social Media Operation l Create daily content based on the international guideline and
working with internal teams to manage workflows and ensure content are uploaded
on time. l Manage the planning, execution, A/B testing & optimization of
campaigns across social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and
Naver. l Complete regular performance reporting on various attribution models
for all digital marketing channels to ensure strong conversion & ROAS. l Manage paid campaigns through paid channels to ensure positive
return on budget. l Monitor & report regularly on industry trends. l Drive strategy & actions around achieving growth on; Conversion,
Traffic & ROAS. l Assist with tech integrations, testing & deployments with Meta
manager. l Work with external & internal teams to ensure all campaigns,
emails & content launch & end at the correct times. 2. PR and Communications l Develops and executes the PR &
Communication strategy. l Works closely with PR agency to
develop & formulate efficient plans. l Establish strong relationships with key
partners (media / Stylist list). l Negotiates best coverage and best
position in all channels throughout the year in order to maximize the brand’s media coverage. l Writes and distributes press releases. l Maintains and delivers monthly
clipping results. Maintains a complete office library. l PR photo shooting arrangements.
(Event, New Store Opening, Products shots, SNS content) l Celebrity endorsement or product
placement opportunities l Measures all relevant PR &
Communication KPI’s. 3. Events / Store promotion Coordination l Execute seasonal retail and marketing activities, and brand projects. l Coordinate with the suppliers during the installation and execution
for special events. l To execute all programs within the approved framework and authorized
budget. l Monitor and report competitor activities and relevant industry
trends, events, and opportunities. l Analyze and evaluate the results for all events, prepare reports as
required on time. l Maintain a proper filing and tracking system of quotations and invoices. 4. Marketing l Maximize product launch campaigns
based on HQ and local marketing calendars. l Local gifts production. l Care and help to maintain Top 20
customers.
