The Role:

• ㆍDevelop detailed cross functional project plans to support the building of the organization of the    company and manage project workstreams and milestones
• ㆍSet up KPIs for each allocated project and monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery of the different projects and initiatives
• ㆍPrepare detailed project briefs and status reports for senior management and external stakeholders 

 
Here’s What You’ll Do: 

• ㆍCollaborate effectively with relevant global, regional and local cross-functional stakeholders to efficiently drive project conceptualization, planning and implementation
• ㆍDeliver excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders and members
• ㆍDeliver projects with quality outcomes and within set timelines
• ㆍProvide quick, thorough analysis of projects while providing thoughtful and ethical judgment, innovative ideas and agile response for tasks and situations
• ㆍProactively seek diverse inputs and insights from macroenvironment and stakeholders to drive discussion, decision-making and innovative solutions
• ㆍWork closely with cross-functional team members to execute ad hoc projects and other tasks allocated 

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 제약산업 경력 7년 ~10년초반 (백신 경험자 선호 / 다국적 제약/헬스케어 기업에서 PM 경력 2-3년 포함)

1. ㆍ한국 제약/의료 사업 경험/ 지식 및 네트워크 필수
2. ㆍ의료산업 디지털 마케팅 프로젝트 리딩 경험자
3. ㆍ영어 업무 가능자

우대사항

ㆍ영어능통자(원어민수준)
