& Power Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and securing
the service sales business in collaboration with spareparts sales &
technical service teams in the PrimeServ Marine & Power International Group
Companies and Product Centers, as well as ensuring market awareness of MAN
& third parties’ product solutions. The position also
ensures to promote service sales to new and current customers, as
well as identifying and fostering sales leads and proactively following up on
quotations. Responsibilities: ● To promote overall service sales to new and current
customers, as well as identifying and fostering sales leads and proactively
following up on quotations. ● To central customer contact in alignment with the
Product Centers, create and develop country and customer plans with sales and
project strategies in alignment with the Product Centers and Regions ● To plan and drive overall growth strategy and market
share by selling service portfolio in line with customer needs ● To budgeting and forecasting, maintaining business
plans, market intelligence and business development. ● To achieve agreed sales targets by promoting and
selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers in a defined geographical location ● To identify total service potential in market, evaluate
opportunities and develop mid-term and long-term sales activity plan ● To monitor & analyze major customer complaints
& claims, coordinate with other functions to develop the appropriate
solutions. ● To being part of the front sales force ? our customer’s
main point of contact. Drive sales from initial contact with customer through
negotiations to contract signing, fully supported by the Product Centers ● To establish, develop and maintain positive business
and customer relationships and understand the customer needs. ● To know and monitor the market and competitor situation
in a defined geographical location and keep the Product Center updated. ● To report sales status to the Regional sales manager
for IGC in PCs ● To provide information, maintenance records and carry
out duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner ● To undertake such other tasks that may be reasonable
required ● To enhance the image and reputation of the company
whilst supporting its commercial interests ● To be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety
laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of your
colleagues, visitors and external partners ● Must observe all
company rules and regulations. Qualifications: ● Diploma/Degree in marine/mechanical engineering or
equivalent ● 3-5 years of Sales/Account Management experience
preferred ● Familiar with specific requirements of the diesel
engine, shipping, and marine industries (preferred) ● Deep knowledge of the products of other engine makers
highly advantageous ● Good command in spoken and written English ● Good interpersonal skills and ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams. Good problem solver with positive
attitude and team work approach at all time. ● Proven track record in negotiation and able to balance
customer expectations and company requirements. Strong presentation and
