Intern, Talent Acquisition (Hybrid work)
Location: Dongtan, Korea
Duration: 6-months
A day in the life of Talent Acquisition Intern
- A brand ambassador for ASM by supporting the talent attraction strategy
-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leads to design and streamline Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
-Part of the great candidate experience through facilitating and providing logistical and administrative support to the TA process, including pre-boarding activities
-Manage interviewing scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams.
-Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as job fair projects and D&I initiatives
-Develop reports and analysis through leveraging in house tools.
-Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
What Will Make You Successful?
-Able to commit to working for 6-months starting from mid August or early September 2023
-Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
-Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Good interpersonal and written communication skills. (both English and Korean)
-Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
-Well-organized with great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.

-Able to commute to ASM Dongtan office 3 times week
