Coordinator, Mobility


[Job Description]
Working as Coordinator in Mobility, the role will entail harmonising the administrative work among all two teams (AUT, HAD) with the project coordinators as well as conducting project coordinator tasks such as supporting department management, project management, financial data control, and technical sales support.


- Support for Project: regular irregular reporting, inquiry handling, cost handling, scheduling, project management, department quality system, invoicing, purchasing (stationeries, testing equipment etc.)
- Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader or Department Manager



[Job Requirements]
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in foreign language, business, economy, society
- 0~2 years ecperienced
- Korean, English (fluently)
- Good understanding and fulfillment to working related, procedures and instructions, diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit
- Excellent computer literacy and high foreign language proficiency is preferred
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good self-management and intercultural team management skill;
- Can work independently and efficiently
- Good computer skill.;
- Condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trips as required
