• Overall warranty business handling with warranty Manager
• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle configuration
• Control of Warranty policy & policy roll out
   Monthly claim inspection & cost settlement for service partners
• Audit all claims from service partners & service partners audit
   - Check all warranty process including all documents of warranty & failure part handling
• Handling goodwill in case of out of warranty
• Inspection failure parts for warranty claims
• Handling & support government affairs(ERC/EWR)

- Educations: Prefer graduated from Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering of college or 
university.
- Experience: Min. 1 ~ 3 years of service business in the commercial or passenger vehicle industry
- Person Specifications: Good command of verbal and written English
                               Technical understanding of vehicle principles 
                               Good & interactive communications skills
                               Good at MS office utilization
