* Position summary:
Be responsible for Site HR, labor management such as collective bargaining and negotiation of wage increase with labor unions and oversee general administration including facility management.
* Main Tasks:
1. Build and maintain sound Labor relations and manage employee relations
2. Manage the employee lifecycle in the site and represent diversity and inclusion
3. Manage compensation and benefits and regulation for plant operation employees
4. Facilitate employee training and development programs
5. Oversee the facility management and security management
6. Budget management
7. Corporate with the authorities, local community, and media to maintain good relationship
8. Work as site spokesperson in crisis situations
* Education/Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Above 15 years of job experience for HR, Labor mgt. and G/A
- Fluent English speaking & writing and Native level of Korean
