Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 1명
Role and responsibilities
▶ Responsible for all aspects of Sales order Management including managing open sales orders, quote creation, delivery tracking
▶ Responsible for all aspects of I&Q and Warranty order Management including managing MRP run, internal PO creation, delivery tracking, expediting
▶ Collaborate with across the organization including key stakeholders and colleagues from Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Service team
▶ Responsible for all aspects of Complete Kit Management Program
담당업무
▶ 고객사의 구매요청에 대한 응대, 발주 및 견적서, 고객사 발주요청에 대한 핸들링
▶ 외부 고객 및 내부 부서 등 다양한 Stakeholder과의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션
▶ Complete Kit Management Program (CKM 프로그램) 담당 등
Education and experience
▶ Bachelor`s degree
▶ At least more than 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment industry.
▶ Proven customer support experience
Skills
▶ Fluent English communication skill
▶ Familiar with Excel & SAP
▶ Can learn and apply new information or skills
▶ Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
자격요건
▶ SAP 사용경험 필수
▶ CSR 및 spares planner 업무경력 필수
▶ CSR, Planner, CKM functions을 폭 넓게 담당하실 수 있는 분
▶ 반도체사 CKM 프로그램 및 Return Materials Authorize 코디네이션 및 Reverse Specialist 관련 업무경력 선호
