포지션 및 자격요건

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the team in the development and relationship maintenance of foreign customers (Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese/Thailand)

2. Assist casino customers in hotel check-in arrangements and exchange chips for cash

3. Maintain and maintain good customer relationship

4. Market business development and assist customers to apply for VIP cards

5. Promote sales and develop new customer sources to improve the company`s profits and performance

6. Guest reception, itinerary arrangement, and follow-up of customer-related matters
