Requirements (Must Have):
· Technical education beyond high school, equivalent work experience acceptable
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Network Services, Mobile
apps and ITSM.
· Windows
imaging & deployment technologies including MDM and SCCM
· Windows
and iOS as part of operating system solutions
·
Fixed and Mobile POS support including
receipt printing, scanning, payment terminals
·
Understanding of technical standards, principles, theories,
concepts, and techniques.
·
Familiar
with digital experience solution such as video conferencing, digital panel and
multimedia devices.
Qualifications (minimal requirements): · Understanding
and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topology ·
Willingness to
continually learn, experiment and self-improve · A vocal, assertive and helpful disposition and ability to be a forward thinker
and recommend proactive measures to limit event frequency · Experience in a Retail support
environment is a plus · Skilled to handle multiple simultaneous
tasks in dynamic and high-pressure situations and prioritize them accordingly ·
Solid
teamwork & collaboration skills ·
