1. Responsible for entry
level recruiting process from sourcing to on-boarding in collaboration with relevant
teams and hiring manager 2. Operate pre-onboard, onboarding
and exit process via relevant system 3. Execute and manage HR
policy (employment regulation/local benefit program) including policy updates,
operational f/u, training providing and etc. 4. Prepare and support payroll team related retirement pension and leave program as per request 5. Handle and counsel employee`s query on HR policy 6. Support HR administration tasks (HR Solution Center) and HR initiated event/programs (local, APAC driven) 5. Ad hoc request
