Responsibilities
|
- Delivers system application products including WMS to
our business team and customer on time, with good quality.
- May act as the technical lead on implementation project, providing
technical direction and guidance to other project members
- Identifies additional opportunities in warehouse site/customer that can be
delivered with our global standard products/services
- Follow up any issues related to our products for troubleshooting and
escalate it to appropriate teams in a timely manner
- Participate in projects on site or remote from HQ office
- Works directly with internal clients at site and/or external customers
- Works closely with global/regional technical teams and ensure to get
appropriate output/assistance from them on time with expected quality
- Reporting to IT management team and other relevant stakeholders
- Train and mentor others on the technical expertise
- Manage at least a few members in the same team and contribute to team
building

Requirements
|
- 5+ years experience in implementing and supporting application
with emphasis on WMS in a multi-country, standardized environment
- 3+ years experience in leading multi-national team/project
- Fluent speaking and writing skills both in Korean and English
- Ability to convey complicated, important information clearly and
effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize workload
effectively
- Ability to build good relationships with fellow employees as well as
internal/external clients
- Sound knowledge in a cloud software environment and system architecture
- Experience in system application development using programming skill such
as Python, Java, Ruby, AWS, etc.
