Business Development Manager will contribute to the company’s effort to acquire wind energy and solar projects in the Korean market by working closely with a Senior Business Development Manager. This position will require attention to detail, superior communication skills, and the ability to work within a cross-functional team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Establishment and maintenance of relationships with project owners and brokers to initiate

o   Co-operations with local partners and developers

o   Acquisition of existing projects or pipelines

·       Manage due diligence activities for partnership or acquisition opportunities, for onshore wind and solar projects.

·       Draft reporting material on project opportunities for head office management review

·       Actively support the negotiation of partnership conditions and agreements in line with corporate standards

·       Do market research and make sure market intelligence is always up to date

·       Learn and get familiar with the Company’s project finance models

·       Actively support the Company’s green field activities whenever possible

·       Participate in or lead community events for green field projects and communicate with key stakeholders including landowners, local councils, and state agencies

·       Support the permitting processes for greenfield projects

·       Participate to the team and company growth in the market

o   Propose improvement of processes

o   Catch up the changes in law, regulation, governmental policy and assess the opportunities and risks 

자격요건

·       3 years’ experience in renewable energy industry (project development or business development)

·       Must be passionate about the renewable energy business

·       University degree or equivalent in business, finance, or engineering

·       Strong communication and presentation skills in Korean and in English

·       Good possession of Microsoft Excel and Power Point

·       Outstanding organizational and people skills

·       Analytical mindset and the ability to come up with solutions for problems

·       Ability to work well within a team but also independently
