O Platform
management - Develop and
take a full responsibility of smooth operations and stable functionalities
during buy-path on online channels and any eCommerce-related systems. - Perform
risk management and business analysis to evaluate and provide the business
solutions for better client experience executed in time. - Be the key
contact with APAC and HQ eCommerce teams regarding eCommerce projects and
Digital operations. - Co-work
efficiently the implementation of global digital projects and new features,
track its progress, and ensure to achieve expected results by providing local
requirements and resolving unsuccessful scenarios. - Support
stakeholders in coordinating central projects, from providing local
requirements to overseeing all details to ensure the project is completed on time and in
quality. O Digital
Operations - Lead the
process improvement and operational excellence in every aspect of
responsibility, remaining agile and aligned with business priorities. - Manage
online-related decision-making and implement eCommerce strategy to improve user
and client experience. - Identify
opportunities to increase productivity, manage risks, and build action plans to
maximize outcomes. - Maximize
the fulfillment of orders by collaborative work with APAC region and local
retail team. - Closely
monitor service level of local warehouse and delivery partner and manage to
meet the clients’ expectations until post-delivery. - Manage 3rd
party payment gateway to make sure smooth payment process and identify any
opportunities to enhance the client experience. Closely work with Client
Services Center to support any customer requests. - Analyze and
report regularly on KPIs, stock availability, sales, and customers to identify
potential and missing sales opportunities.

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상
ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑
- Over 10
years of professional experience in eCommerce and Operations - Project
management skill sets facilitating various stakeholders are required. - Advanced
knowledges to optimize eCom platform and to implement new features in align
with related backend systems (OMS, Salesforce, SAP, etc) - Comprehensive
knowledge of eBusiness with market trends, warehouse operation functions with
inventory management, and Client services is preferred. - Experience
of working with social commerce and payment gateway services are advantages. - Online and
luxury background is preferred. - Fluent in
speaking and writing both English and Korean - Advanced
Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting - Collaboratively
work with various teams and great communication skills to negotiate - Strong
analytical and process improvement skills - Understanding
of local clients`` behavior and digital landscape - Ability to
manage multiple projects at once and in a timely manner - Strong
leadership and coaching skills to manage a team - Generate
daily/weekly/monthly reports and analysis based on the data present them to the
