Job Description

?  Manage the quality of Dealer service 
?  Provide On-site Technical support to the Dealers 
?  Manage equipment delivered by company
?  Advice & approval of Warranty/Goodwill Claims/SSD cases
?  Initial quality inspection of the workshops
?  Periodical report ? Weekly/Monthly/Quality report/Complaint report, etc.
?  Specialized Technical training on-site as required
?  Sales Agency support & advise
?  Attend Customer & Dealer liaison meeting Customers 

Job Requirements

1. Educations 
   : Graduated higher than Technical high school
2. Experience
   : more than 10 years of maintenance service
3. Person Specifications
   : 영어 가능자 우대
   : 자동차 정비자격증
   : 건설 중장비 자격증
