Position : Sales Engineer

In this position, you will work under the direct supervision of your Country Sales Manager . Most work is reviewed on a monthly basis and supported by weekly reports and face-to-face meetings with managers . Goals are set annually with quarterly reviews to ensure that company -wide objectives /KPIs are being met for the year. Candidates must be able to work independently and be able to drive business growth .

 

Knowledge and Experience :

? Qualifications for completing a degree or education in a technical field .

? 3 to 6 years of working experience in metal cutting products , preferably working in a technical manufacturing environment .

? Ability to understand and communicate product and technical information .

? Performance in business sales or related fields for three or more years .

? Microsoft Windows/Office computer literacy .

? Own a car .

 

Main Responsibilities :

? Existing customer / channel sales partner account management

? Maintaining existing business in your region and generating new customer revenue .  

? Customer activity analysis using CRM and NOVO

? Identify key objectives and resource requirements / risks to secure customer revenue _

? Running E-commerce applications

? Continuously improve customer productivity by developing and maintaining in -depth technical knowledge of a specific market and staying up-to- date on the latest industry trends.

? Providing technical expertise on products ( eg , product lifecycle obsolescence ) , customer programs ( eg , product upgrades ) and customer cost savings . _

? Maintain strong market knowledge of competitors and market gaps

? Working with the sales support team to increase sales and support customers for their customers . Responsible management of the entire sales cycle, from lead to quote generation , in collaboration with customer support , and, if necessary, to ongoing customer relationships .
