Position Summary:


As a Account Manager, you will focus on building relationships and growing the book of business at both new and existing customers, selling new and existing applications. Youll grow the book of business by building and nurturing deep and lasting relationships, developing a robust understanding of your customers needs, selling innovative solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a relentless drive to consistently hunt for new business opportunities.


- Job Requirement

·         Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or science related discipline

·         Sales and negotiation experience and/or training, including account plan strategy development

·         Proven ability to cross- and up-sell products

·         Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.com

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment

·         Ability to work independently with little supervision ? highly self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented

·         Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs

·         Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills including a polished phone presence, must be able to establish credibility with customers

·         5+ years in the Chemicals industry
