Technical Sales & Service Engineer
Position
Summary: Working under the direction of the Business Development Manager, Energy
Services, responsible for identifying and obtaining new business for Energy
Services, sales, building long-term customer relationships, providing technical
solutions, and coordination of in-house proposals, and its job execution on site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.

Collect and analyze market data including
information on competitors in order to properly plan and develop appropriate
sales strategies.
·
Be able to identify new product and market
opportunities.
·
Assist with the development and execution of the
Sales and Marketing Plan. Develop
customer opportunities and relationships that support the plan. Must have a
strong ability to take an opportunity from inception through the complete
acquisition process to obtain a contract.
- Complete
understanding of Energy Conservation & Process
equipment decontamination Technology & unit operation,
operation and market.
- Ability to
understand heat and material balance, to solve complex problems and deal
with a variety of variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability
to carry the job out on site; Engineering, Scheduling, Preparation,
Execution, Performance Reporting

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS) from four-year College or University
in Chemical Engineering
Language
Ability:
Ability to
read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical
procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and make corporate
communications.
Math
Ability:
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to understand
technical matters related to field operations.
Travel
Foreign
country travel portion related with job execution and sales is approximately
25-30% of annual work days
Reasoning
Ability:
Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a
variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form. Understanding
of the cultural norms for doing business across the globe.
Computer
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office suite of software
- Excellent word processing software and spreadsheet
skills required
Certificates
and Licenses:
Safety and HAZMAT Training, preferred
