What is the role?

Brand Manager/Marketing Manager is responsible to development of brand strategy and drive business; deliver the financial objectives, closely monitor changes in the market to identify opportunity for generating new revenue. Assist in developing overall brand plan, implement innovation & communication plans to drive brand growth.

[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES] 

■ Brand Marketing
- Lead planning and implementing short term, long term Marketing plan: strategy development, communication plan (ATL/BTL), campaign development, creative production, media planning, on/off line brand activation, outdoor event, co-promotion, sampling activities, PR initiatives, etc.
- Analyze brand performance 
- Closely monitor external environment such as industry, trend, competition, customer and consumers insight, etc. to identify business opportunity
■ Product Marketing
- Lead Innovation development full process as a project owner 
-Track and evaluate the launch result
■ Budget Management
- Plan and manage Marketing budget spending vs. plan
- Analyze brand P&L, make action plans if needed for better profitability


[REQUIREMENTS] 

- More than 6 years working experiences in FMCG is required
- Brand Marketing/PR/Digital/promotion development project experience min. 4 years.
- Knowledge and experience on brand marketing and product marketing in FMCG industry, B-to-C market dynamics (consumers and retail channel),
- Knowledge and experience on Korea Digital environment and Korean consumers 
- Highly skilled in local/global project management, innovation/re-launch, campaigns, communication, media planning & management
- Experience in working with cross functional teams (Sales/Trade marketing, finance team, R&D of local & global team) needed 
- Knowledge and experience with foreign imported product
- Ability to understand P&L; manage A&P spending effectively within budget
- Agency control & internal process management experience needed
- Strong communication& Presentation skills with internal, external and global stakeholders
- Strong analytical skill, attention to detail, logical thinking
 
<Preferred>
- Experience in Commodity, F&B and household category
- Experience in a multinational company
