● Prefer Distributor experience with results-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

● Strong Technical understanding of High Power, Motor, Electric Vehicle markets.

● Automotive application Experience, especially focused on Electric Vehicle application.

● Motor application experience, especially focused on EV motor application.

● High Power Device experience, especially SiC, Si Module and IGBT application in Automotive and Industrial.

● Experience system design support with multiple suppliers

● Ability to gather market information and cover technical proposal with related system solution.

● Well understanding on related passive components in system.
