Description
- Handling
incoming calls and other communications.
- Greeting visitors with positive attitude.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings such as
meeting room reservation.
- Helping workplace security by checking and
maintaining visitor logs.
- Handling parcel, DHL, quick service and distributing
postal matters to employees.
- Updating employee contact list and distributing it
regularly.
- Purchasing and managing office supplies such as
stationary, equipment, snack bar, cafeteria and maintaining proper stock
levels.
- Assisting flower service and business card for
employees.
- Preparing and submitting Purchase Request form
related office maintenance, supplies, other administration, etc with tax
invoice & evidence document.
- Helping to arrange some company events and assisting
colleagues with general administrative tasks.
- Providing morning breakfast for employees.
Job
Requirements
- Computer
skill (MS word, outlook)
- English communication in reading and writing
- Positive and supportive mind / good interpersonal
skill / sense of responsibility
- Having 1 year of related experience is
preferred
