| | Process Support Engineer for Advanced Packaging - PVD/WET | - 주요 수행 업무 및 필요 역량
- Support technology development activities in the Absolics Gumi factory with a focus on PVD (sputtering), understanding glass properties for adhesion, glass pre-treatment and process optimization for world class PVD performance
- Interface with the Absolics Gumi Engineering team and develop a good understanding of glass specific challenges and create plans to address those challenges. Liaise with the technology experts within the Tango Business Unit to get input and maximize implementation of known solutions for problems encountered.
- Suggest and design process engineering experiments and collect data, analyze and compile reports for unit processes associated with the PVD step as well as other follow on processing post PVD. These will include other wet process steps like Cleaning, Etching and Electroplating. Troubleshooting a wide range of complex problems and completing root-cause analysis to determine the best solution is a key responsibility in this role

| | Process Support Engineer for Advanced Packaging - DLT | - 주요 수행 업무 및 필요 역량
- Support technology development activities in the Absolics Gumi factory with a focus on Lithography (Digital Lithography Technology - DLT) as needed to be implemented for panel manufacturing. Understand the impact of glass warpage on DLT performance and establish the windows where DLT can deliver the expected performance
- Interface with the Absolics Gumi Engineering team and develop a good understanding of glass specific challenges and create plans to address those challenges. Liaise with the technology experts within the Tango Business Unit to get input and maximize implementation of known solutions for problems encountered.
- Suggest and design process engineering experiments and collect data, analyze and compile reports for unit processes associated with the DLT step as well as other follow on processing post DLT.

| | Process Support Engineer for Advanced Packaging - Laser/Plasma | - 주요 수행 업무 및 필요 역량
- Support technology development activities in the Absolics Gumi factory with a focus on Laser and plasma processes used either for glass structuring or as needed to eliminate wet clean steps in panel manufacturing.
- Additional responsibility will be to develop a good understanding of the various wet steps used in the process flow as well as aspects of lamination that are needed to ensure integrity of the materials stack in the panel
- Interface with the Absolics Gumi Engineering team and develop a good understanding of how the process integration steps with different polymer materials used for lamination like polyimide and ABF (Ajinomoto Build-up Film) affect performance and reliability of the panel
- Suggest and design process engineering experiments and collect data, analyze and compile reports for unit processes thatcover cleans, etches and plating for both Copper as well as ENEPIG, etc.

| | OLED Evaporation Process Engineer | - 주요 수행 업무 및 필요 역량
- Experience with OLED evaporation, thickness optimization, QCM, In-situ measurement(ICP), and In-situ IVL.
- Understanding thin film encapsulation (TFE) process/structure/property and backplane process(TFT)
- Ability to analyze OLED device optically and electrically.
- Ability to accomplish OLED process R&D by one-selves under the given tasks
- Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products

- Local expert of Electron Beam(eBeam) imaging technology and support for imaging challenges at customer sites
- Research of eBeam interaction with complex matter structures as an expert of electron optics (extensive simulation, deep analytical modeling, and complex experimental validation).
- Involved in customer project and focused on the most complicated imaging challenges at hand and long term investigation.
- Technological support for complex customer demonstrations and evaluation activities. Be a part of physics team that leads the technological roadmap definition and developing Applied’s eBeam metrology and inspection tools.
