Commercial Management/ Sales/ Operations ? Assists Retail Operations Director in all roles and functions within Retail Ops
team ? Ensures monthly store sales targets and KPIs are achieved ? Checks out operational performances and finds out efficient ways and offers recommendations and ideas for improvements and future action plans ? Ensures if stores are complying with all the company regulations, policies, & PIPA ? Conducts regular store visits and meetings with store management to understand
each store business & operations and to communicate the progress of work ? Monitor store staff R&R and structures to be align with global Smart Ops project. ? Manage dept store buyer meetings and dept store lease contract ? Deal with landlord issues and negotiations ? Observes and discusses with the stores to check out any necessity or improvements
on store maintenances ? Performs in-depth studies for store operations and processes, and provides
guidelines to store staffs
HR and Store Development ? Helps stores with proper trainings and performance management processes ? Prepares and executes various trainings for employees about the understanding of
Annual retail objectives, Sales performances, KPIs, Store Operations, Regulations
and Policies, Business reviews, & etc.
? Supports Retail Operations Director by providing insightful analysis and idea of
the store development
자격요건
? More than 12 years of experience in retail industry. ? Experience in a management role with a strong track record of delivering results
? Strong understanding of sales in a luxury retail environment ? Cross functional working skills (across multiple levels of management and ability
to work with diverse cultures)
? Good analytical skills ? Good communicator and teacher and the ability to manage relationships at
different levels ? Fluent in English.
? Computer literate (Excel especially)
