Responsibilities
· Planning and Prioritizing Operations
u Maintaining close communication with the Culinary & Production team
u Ensuring good workflow coordination (maximizing performance and minimizing delay)
u Ensuring efficient & effective work-order sheets are in place
u Planning of NPT(“New Production Techniques”) Production
· Material Management
u Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand,
whilst minimizing/preventing wastage.
u Managing Inventory - Minimize shortage & material wastage
² Perform daily check and keeping logs in Material Wastage
² Perform continuous monitoring & problem-solving on products with issues
u Organizing material orders
· Airline Catering-related Forecasting & Analysis Management
· Administration Duties:
u Production Label Management
· Other related-projects (when assigned)
Qualifications
Education:
· Diploma & above (4-year degree graduates in related discipline preferred)
Experience:
· 0~2 years of experience (in catering-field preferred);
· Fresh graduates are welcome
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
· Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
· Excellent communication abilities
· Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Language / Communication Skills:
· Good command of English (in Read/Write aspect)
