SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIESSales
- ※ Manage and maintain active relationships with existing accounts.
- ※ Increase supplies through direct and indirect channels and partners.
- ※ Take charge of contract renewals while ensuring top and bottom-line targets are met.
- ※ Manage customer database, forecasts on supplies, parts, and service targets, as well as customer risk analysis.
- ※ Support senior leadership in developing strategies for sales & business development, pricing and product mix, marketing, and others.
- ※ Lead problem-solving processes by using tools such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and/or similar tools to create countermeasures.
Services
- ※ Take full P&L responsibility for services.
- ※ Manage service team(s) and ensure that short and long-term objectives and performance metrics are met.
- ※ Lead in solving customers’ critical issues.
- ※ Drive growth and lead in the alignment of day-to-day priorities in collaboration with other business units and functional leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ※ Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering ? mechanical, industrial, automation, etc.
- ※ 10+ years of experience in after-market sales, or after-market service within industrial equipment companies and/or automation equipment companies.
- ※ Must possess strong business acumen and full P&L experience.
- ※ Must possess strong technical/engineering capabilities ? must possess require the ability to analyze, review, translate, and make use of technical requirements and technical specifications.
- ※ Must have strong capabilities in team management and/or organizational leadership.
- ※ Must have above-average fluency in Korean and English.
