담당업무

This role is primarily responsible for the following

·       Leading strategy development, execution, and attainment of strategies, growth goals, profitability, quality, cost, delivery, compliance, and safety,

·       Has full P&L responsibility for the Korea business. 

·       Manages operational budget, monitors financial performance, and provides leadership to different functions such as HR, Finance, IT, EST, Sales, etc.

·       Leads knowledge transfer from overseas internal units to build technical, scientific, and operational capabilities of local talents.

·       Ensures that all compliance, controls, policies, guidelines, standards, etc. are in place, and ensure their execution/adherence at all levels of the local organization.

·       Defines and measures management performance.

자격요건

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a Master’s or higher degree in engineering is preferred; MBA is a plus but not a requirement.

·       A total of 15+ years of experience in engineering and/or engineered products; experience in petrochemical, power generation, and/or similar industries is ideal.

·       Strong BD and leadership background in a similar space/industry; manufacturing operation/technology exposure is an advantage. 

·       MUST have strong P&L knowledge and experience.

·       MUST have proven people management experience.

·       MUST have advanced English and Korean communication skills.

우대사항

·         Candidates with experience in engineered equipment used in or for petrochemical, chemical, ship building, EPC, etc. are highly preferred.

·       Candidates with experience in oil & gas companies are okay. 

·       Candidates with experience in engineered products for commercial applications are okay.
