Role & Responsibilites Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
■ Set factory/OEM part of Omni-buying strategy with SCM team, business units, Sales, Marketing, and other parts of HQ SCM team - - Develop top-down view on production planning from a supply perspective, ensuring defined productions to demand which is alignment with commercial strategy, financial plan, business unit direction, and capital tied up targets
- - Run analyses of customer group/concept growth potential to identify opportunities and recommend strategy in collaboration with Sales team
- - Provide rolling update on forecast and deviation from current plan of HQ/market demand and inventory levels to proactively identify needed actions (short, mid, and long term) on productions & stock management
- - If additional buying methods and roles are applicable in factory/OEM, responsible for defining ways of working and syncing with these
■ Bring factory/OEM findings to global supply chain agenda and roll out new ways of working for development initiatives in region - - Constantly explore and implement how to improve the field of productions and stock management in factory/OEM ? bring successful examples to the global SCM team
- - Be a part of developing the global supply chain agenda and initiatives as a business expert
- - Roll out way of working of new initiatives in factory/OEM, in collaboration with global SCM team
■ Stock Management ■ Set up stock management strategies to reach inventory targets while maximizing sales and profit - - Develop exit strategies and take actions for unwanted inventory to maximize selling and profitability
- - Support other SCM subjects with business case and technical analysis to enable best possible commercial decisions in detail
- - Rolling collaboration with Sales team and SCM team to understand current challenges and productions needs
- - Forecast, budget, and follow up of reduction costs with Head of Supply Chain Management

- - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics/Finance, or
similar field
- 10+ years of work experience, preferably
in a FMCG, supply & planning, or similar role - Deep understanding of FMCG, planning and
stock management strategies - Experience of logistics & procurement
with factory/OEM productions/operations & also, warehouse including
3PL management - Strong mindset for meeting or exceeding
expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality - Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with a
strategic ability - Strategical thinking and Structured way of working - Collaborative personality and good
communication skills - Advanced SAP, Excel, PPT user
