Business Development - Drive sales revenue growth and expand key business opportunities.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all clients and target markets within the identified customers
- Key target potential clients in the targeted business sector that we can develop new and account extension business by establishing a strategy to develop new sales opportunities
- Develop an aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales & business targets for new, existing and renewal business
- Develop Key Account Plans for all identified accounts
- Focus on building strong business relationships, both at the C-Level, as well as the operational level, to assist in increasing the yield per existing customer
- Create a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline and ensure that the sales targets are met in the time period set within the pipeline.
Account Management & General Responsibilities - Owns the contract and the contract renewals process and shall be fully responsible in striving to attain 100% renewal budget including planning and executing renewal rate increase strategy.
- Meet account receivables targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly and within agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.
- Responsible for all communications and conflicts resolution to portfolio of clients assigned with the objectives of ensuring satisfaction, new, existing up-selling and repeat business opportunities.
- Provides minimum semi-annually or quarterly business reviews (preferably in the Concierge Center) between the clients and Aspire Lifestyles team (including the Subject Matter Experts and Service Delivery).
- Understanding of Aspire Lifestyles’ capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings including the values of Aspire Lifestyle’s programs to the clients.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the respectively Country General Manager / Account Manager / Partnership Development Manager
- Develop Key Account Plans for all identified clients.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing Country General Manager and/or Account Manager, Partnership Development Manager of any problems that may arise.
- Together with the respective Country General Manager, Account Manager, Partnership Development Manager, owns the contract and the contract renewals process and shall be fully responsible in striving to attain 100% renewal budget including planning and executing renewal rate increase strategy.

- Provide monthly reports and weekly updates during Sales & Marketing meetings on all account activities including status and call reports.

Required Skills and Knowledge ? Proven Account Management skills required to create, maintain and enhance clients’ relationships. ? Intelligent, pro-active, good initiative and resourceful team player to fulfill the role. ? Strong consultative selling business knowledge preferably has experience selling to the marketing heads and business heads in Banking and Finance sector. Required Competencies (Critical behaviors necessary to successfully perform the job) ? Strong Sales hunter instinct, drive and determination with proven track record in business development activities selling premium Concierge & Lifestyle solutions. ? Results driven and goal oriented with a strong passion, drive and motivation. ? High level of initiative and work well in a team environment. ? Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities and personalities. ? Possess networking skills and has the ability to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, and matrix organization. ? Ability to react well to frequently changing business climate. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Handles stressful situations and pressures well. ? Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction. Required Work Experience ? Significant experience required within Banking and Finance, Travel, Hospitality, Luxury, Lifestyle and/or selling to the marketing and business heads in Banking and Finance. ? More than 7 years of consultative and strategic sales experience (Not mandatory) ? Experience and established contacts with key providers for e.g. in ticketing, travel, entertainment, wine & dine, etc will be a strong advantage. Required Qualifications ? Bachelor degree holder ? Business Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent preferred Required Languages ? English (good command of spoken & written)
