[Position] Lead Facility Technician ? Mechanical (기계 설비 운영, 5년 이상)

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, Technical Services부서에서 호텔의 Lead Facility Technician-Mechanical (기계 설비 운영)를 담당해 주실 해당 분야에 5년 이상의 경력자를 채용합니다. 호텔, 테마파크 및 리조트의 시설관리 경험자 및 시설물 안전법에 따른 종별 시설물 관리 경험자를 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Position Summary:

responsible for the all elements of maintenance across the resort to ensure the park is always operating safely and effectively. Our team members are enthusiastic and motivated to deliver and improve the service we provide, while having a sense of fun and community that comes from working with Merlin Entertainments and LEGOLAND Korea Resort.

You are responsible for the resort facility. You will ensure the maintenance, repair and upgrades are conducted safely and effectively by your teams who provide very professional technical knowledge & skill

Key Objectives:

-Manage the facility team to keep the park running safely and effectively

-Manage all the Health and Safety elements of facility maintenance work and compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulation

-Innovate to reduce maintenance time and cost, while reducing the reliance on contractors for all facility maintenance related work

-Be a safety focal point as a legal safety manager

Scope and Responsibilities:

-Ensure that mechanical facility maintenance activities follow the Merlin, LEGOLAND Korea resort and legal requirement

-Coordination and schedule mechanical facility legal inspection by inspectors.

-Maintenance and repair work for mechanical facilities facilities to be operated without park and hotel operation problems and down time.

-Overall responsibility of park-wide mechanical infrastructure (GHP, EHP, Heat exchanger, Boiler, Water tank, Gas facility, water treatment facility, pool water cleaning system, plumbing, toilet equipment, kitchen equipment and so on)

-Assist other departments as and when required to support the operation of the park and hotel

-Assist facility works within Technical services

-Responsible for utilizing INFOR-EAM to daily work related to tasks.

-기계설비 유지관리 계획 수립

-파크 및 호텔 운영에 문제 및 다운타임이 발생 되지 않도록 기계 시설물 유지관리

-기계 시설물(에어컨, 전열교환기, 보일러, 물탱크, 가스시설, 수처리시설, 수영장시설, 배관, 위생기기, 주방기기 등 )의 보수

-파크 및 호텔의 운영 지원

-부서 내 시설 업무 지원

-시설물 유지관리 일상 업무에 INFOR-EAM 활용

Background and Experience:

-Experience in managing large hotels, theme parks, and resort facilities for more than 5 years.

-Following national license holder to be registration of mechanical maintenance engineer or gas safety engineer.

-경력 5년이상 대형 호텔, 테마파크, 리조트 시설관리 경험자

-수처리 경험자 우대

-기계 시설물 안전관리 선임 가능자 우대

( 기사, 산업기사, 기능사 등 기계관련 자격 선임 자격증 )

-MS office 이용한 문서작업 가능자

-주말근무 및 교대근무 가능자

Education:

-Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred

Work Environment:

-Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.

-Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions

Other Requirements:

-Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.

-Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

-Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park and hotel operations.

-Requires a valid driver’s license and passport

Health & Safety:

-Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line Director of Operations and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
