- Take a lead
of projects for contract renewal / develop more business opportunities with
existing customers
- Lead KPI meetings with customer
-Establish strategies to win business based on clear understanding on
customers’ requirement and current status of business and operation
- Lead commercial discussion with customers and negotiate rates and
contractual terms and conditions
- Work as a project leader leading cross-functional communication internally
and each stakeholders of customer in local, regional and global levels
- Write business plan and assessment paper and make a presentation to obtain
internal approval
- Analyze and develop plans to improve P&L in close cooperation with
operation team
- Escalate issues to right parties and define problems and actions to resolve
issues asap Requirements
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Fluent English skill for presentation and business meetings in English
- Analytical skills with good understanding on P&L
- Ability to understand commercial contracts and discuss legal terms
- Knowledge and experience in retail/consumer sectors
- Experience in 3PL/contract logistics and sales
- Competency to work independently while delivering result
- Microsoft Office (Exel, Word, PPT) - Mid/High
