[담당업무]

Customer Quality Engineer

1.Lead new program qualification and engineering changes.

    1) CPO quality management (design, prototype, validation).

    2) APQP activity & PPAP management.

    3) 4M Change management.

2. Lead customer quality concern

    1) Assure customer quality issue (lead / coordinate 8D report and improvement actions with other functions).

    2) Lead NCR coordination & Root Cause Analysis, Action, Verification.

    3) Manage customer quality claim.

3. PQE - Production control & process improvement

4. Manage quality KPI and drive continuous improvement in systematic Kaizen manner.

[자격조건]

1. +7 years experiences as a quality engineer (preference to semiconductor industry)

2. Bachelor`s degree holder and Majored in Electronic or Mechanical engineering.

3. Advanced knowledge and competency on CQE and PQE quality system (based on IATF16949)

4. Experienced working in the Fab processes (MEMS, Semiconductor product).

5. Good problem solving skills and program and quality project management skill.

4. Working level English skill in written and speaking.
