Q How can I ensure getting in and the chances of employing a foreign fresh MBA graduate into CJ?

I am an Indian MBA management graduate from Solbridge international school of business, Daejeon. Pursiuing a career in an entertainment agency has always been my dream and the reason behind doing MBA in Korea and CJ is my primary choice. But reaching the goal seems kind of tedious as well as impossible even with my passion, tenacity. Please help me with how can I procure to accomplish the goal of getting into CJ as a freshly graduate with experience just as a content editor. Eagerly waiting for a response.
