※ JOB PURPOSE
1. Support Logistics
? Co-Work with Logistics Executive to track status of deliveries and report draft Key in date.
? Review shipping documents from Co-man vendors and Create PO in SAP for the process.
? Period cost closing for inbound logistics
? Monthly customs duty closing
? Validate 3PL expenses and bills to ensure all service charges are reasonable and comply with the contract rates and terms.
? Support reviewing service KPIs and drive CAPA for major service misses or deviations
? Review and report quarterly stock aging report
? Support the quarterly stock counts and reconciliation
? VL(Value leadership, cost saving) maintenance on tracking tools
? Filing shipping documents
? Handling hard copy shipping documents and VL track

2. Direct Collaboration with SDL/Sales/3PL on new package development request 
? New promotional pack, channel exclusive pack, configuration change and customers’ inquiries
? Specification determination by simulating, discussion with 3PL & AW drawing for local co-packing shipper

3. Support AW confirmation
? Update SC statical data, Share package information (material type of package, determine co-pack date sequence and etc.)
? New pack code creation request and maintain it into BOM via Intranet system, then Maintain local package master file be most updated
? Create & modify standard co-packing instruction
