인사관련 실무업무 2 이상 ~ 7 이하 유경험자

영어로 의사소통이 가능한



지식, 기술, 능력


HRIS(HR Information System) 사용 경험자

SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Fiori 시스템 사용 유경험자 우대

능숙한 MS Office 사용능력(MS-Word/Excel and PowerPoint)

숙련된 커뮤니케이션 기술 원만한 대인관계

We are a successful team in People & Culture looking for new experienced colleagues. The People Services Korea team is on a transformation journey and in the midst of a significant competence shift, requiring new talented people onboard. As a People Services Administrator you will be a key driver in this disruptive change. We dare to promise a unique opportunity to grow together with us!

 

What you will do

Ensure training and development is delivered systematically, drive upskill activities in terms of learning and critical behaviors as well as its impact to organization development.

Be a driving force in a collaborative process to transform the People and Culture related projects through digitalization and automation.

You are expected to work independently but also in close collaboration with business managers, People and Culture colleagues as well as coordinating a team of talent management, working towards the same goals, and you will collaborate with People & Culture Partners to assist employees and managers.

You will coordinate the analysis, development and implementation of processes, policies, tools, and guidelines related to legislative changes or improvements in your responsible area.

 

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related Discipline with relevant knowledge of Human Resources
  • 2~7 years HR related experience
  • SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Fiori system experiences preferred
  • Microsoft Office & technologically proficient with HRIS
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • High ethical standard with integrity
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to details
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks in efficient way
  • Proficient in both written and oral English
  • Strong desire to learn with consistent learning attitude
  • Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated
