[상세JD]

This position works closely with Engineering team, vendors, and service providers in supporting plant operation by improving and maintaining automation systems and manufacturing facilities in the shop floor, building management system, and Interactions include, but are not limited to:

Internal interactions:

·         To work with Operations, Engineering, and other departments to support operational needs and troubleshooting when required.

·         To coordinate with different stakeholders in CPSKR to plan and execute automation projects

External interactions:

·         To guide vendors and service providers to carry out works according to contract requirements.

·         To communicate and work with vendors to troubleshoot and repair automation systems.

*Lead Engineering and Maintenance activities

  -Support facility-improving activities and support Kaizen with optimized cost.

  -Maintenance program for manufacturing equipment and Utility facilities

  -Support the annual overhaul program

  -Support Maintenance work for Buildings and their relevant equipment  

  -Lead maintenance system and standardize operational skills

  -Support to Supply of electricity in plant without any supply issue

 

*Support shop floor control system and execute automation projects

    -Work closely with vendor helpdesk for software-related issues and propose solutions if necessary

-Prepare troubleshooting reports, and conduct training for engineering and operations personnel to prevent future occurrence

-Propose and carry out corrective/preventive maintenance for control systems

-Develop comprehensive Obsolescence profiles for hardware and software systems.

-Make it possible to improve unreasonable automation through the PLC program modification by self.

-Improve the software to automatically up/download all relevant parameters via Job selection.

-Interface management and support using various HMI (SCADA) tools.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Working experience:

•  Preferable three years’ experience with shopfloor system integration. Experience in Food/Beverage Processing, Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Medical  Devices, Semiconductors, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• -  Technical Knowledge Area:

•  LS PLC, Allen-Bradley PLC`s, SIMENS PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, etc.
•  In-depth knowledge of Ethernet and other network-based I/O systems preferred.
•  Expertise with FT View/SIEMENS TIA/Ignition portal is preferred.
•  Knowledge of SAP master data, enhanced master recipe, batch control, MES, and IoT platform is preferred
  
•  Experience in VMware, SAN storage, and network switches is preferred
•  Experience in Access and SQL is an advantage
•  Electrical and instrumentation expertise.
•  Project Management foundational skills.
