The
candidate will work with consular team to support the achievement of results in
the relevant sectors and Embassy business outcomes. ·
To
provide consular supports for the embassy staff. ·
Giving
protocol assistance to the delegation at the airport and hotel when needed. ·
Maintain
the Protocol database of arrivals/departures of officers and their dependants. ·
Provide
daily assistance in translating invoice, document and other information as
necessary. ·
Assist
in organising Embassy’s events at the Embassy, Residence and elsewhere. ·
Meeting
and Greeting all clients and visitors ·
Answering
all incoming calls and transferring or taking messages ·
Setting
up telephone and conference facilities ·
Ensuring
catering and presentational requirements are provided as necessary ·
Maintaining
the reception area to look smart and professional at all times ·
Making
travel arrangements and bookings ·
Any
other duties assigned and directed by the Head of Chancery / Second Secretary.
자격요건 ·
Must
be an exceptionally discrete person who is able to maintain absolute
confidentiality with regard to records and information. ·
Skilled
in MS Office program such as Word, Excel and other relevant program. ·
Knowledge
of management assistance procedures, accounting procedures and local regulations. ·
Experience
in working in an international environment is an asset. ·
Good
interpersonal skills, high-standard of work ethics ·
Proactive
and responsible teamwork ·
Skills
in solving small technical and other problems ·
Skills
in drawing up and monitoring schedules, rosters etc. ·
Ability
to provide excellent customer service and to be able to effectively communicate
with individuals of all ranks and employee type. ·

to prioritise is also essential. ·
Ability
to listen and check converse in English. Understanding written and spoken
