ㆍKey responsibility 1 : Retail(Flagship inclu)/ Wholesale boutique operation management -Managing/Provide BTQ material - -Management of Uniforms
- -Monthly boutique schedule management (staff roster, mall promotion, etc.)
- -Meeting arrangements
- -Review & submit boutique expenses (Create POs, boutique billings follow up)
ㆍKey responsibility 2: Reporting and Analysis -Provide retail and wholesale reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. - -Be responsible to monitor and report market news, local competition.
- -Provide monthly meetings report (PPT/Excel)
- -Any ad-hoc reporting when needed.

ㆍKey responsibility 3 : Special projects & Support to commercial team - -Support on administrative tasks (SAP Vendor & PO management, invoices …)
- -Contribute actively to strategic projects such as boutique openings/relocations/closings/Client Event.
- -Contribute to special committees as needed for product launches, new programs, etc.
자격요건
- - University Degree with 3- 5 years’ experience in Luxury industry (luxury retail background is a plus)
- Hands on Attitude - Problem solving and process management skills - Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills - Positive mindset with can-do attitude - Fluent in English - SAP Preferred, Merchandising (inventory control & supply chain, logistics) background Preferred. - Excel and PPT is Must,
