고객사 및 Global Requirement 에 따른 회의 참석 및 영어 사용 업무

CS Roles & Responsibilities:

• - Follow up daily CS operation and inventory transaction to check on discrepancies, non-conformities, and reports.
• - Good communications internally and externally
• - Co-work with warehouse operation team
• - Identify the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective & Preventive Action for complaints.
• - Provide the requested reports to the concerned departments or customers.
• - Daily quantity and productivity management
• - Escalates and coordinate with the warehouse on quality observation issue.
• - Attending customer meetings (English verbal skill required)
• - Use financial system (CW1 and SAP) and warehouse management system.
• - Lead project and implementation
• - Managing KPI
• - Managing profit & loss
• - Logistics cost analysis, and ad hoc reports
• - Contributes to CI (continuous improvement) to enhance operations and customer satisfaction
• - Any other jobs assigned
• - Fluent English Writing and Speaking (TOEIC 750 or TOEIC Speaking Level 6 or OPIC IM3)

학력무관

유관업무 4년 이상 경력자
