An international medical device manufacturer is searching for a Field Service Engineer Manager. The chosen applicant will lead and drive the service organisation and formulate aftersales business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the focal point for customers in terms of product configuration, tendering, contract negotiation, deal closing, delivery and collection
  • Prospect new ticket package sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking events
  • Formulate aftersales business strategies and execute plans to achieve aftersales business targets
  • Supervise warehouse management and inventory control ensuring parts are ordered, consumed, recorded, returned, and stocked properly
  • Provide technical support or general assistance to company sales activities
  • Maintain personal knowledge of safety instructions and product technical knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or physics
  • More than 5 years of experience in managing a team
  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical
  • Prior service sales management experience is advantageous
  • Experience in Medical Laser System Service and installation is a plus
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence
