An international medical device manufacturer is searching for a Field Service Engineer Manager. The chosen applicant will lead and drive the service organisation and formulate aftersales business strategies. Responsibilities: - Act as the focal point for customers in terms of product configuration, tendering, contract negotiation, deal closing, delivery and collection
- Prospect new ticket package sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking events
- Formulate aftersales business strategies and execute plans to achieve aftersales business targets
- Supervise warehouse management and inventory control ensuring parts are ordered, consumed, recorded, returned, and stocked properly
- Provide technical support or general assistance to company sales activities
- Maintain personal knowledge of safety instructions and product technical knowledge
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or physics
- More than 5 years of experience in managing a team
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Background in electronics, electrical, or mechanical
- Prior service sales management experience is advantageous
- Experience in Medical Laser System Service and installation is a plus
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
