모집 분야 : Fulfillment Specialist
담당 업무

• - Releases purchase requisitions and initiates purchase orders in the system, aligning them with customer requirements (based on ERP and standard operation procedures) and as per the release strategy and table of authorities.
• - Monitors suppliers’ order acknowledgments and dispatch advice, along with the inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation processes.
• - Monitors the purchase orders backlog and performs regular expending activities with internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers to ensure customer on-time delivery.
• - Tracks goods received at the warehouse to verify appropriate delivery and ensures invoice processing and high customer service level.
• - Monitors the interface with suppliers’ systems (e.g., Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messages) and resolves errors to ensure data quality/accuracy and operations continuity.
• - Monitors supplier performances, including on-time delivery, quality, lead time, reverse logistics, and planning parameters, conducts periodical performance reviews, and resolves related issues.
• - Ensures the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues.
• - Collects and archives documentation related to orders and records assumptions and decisions made during the process, in the systems, within their own area of responsibility.

[자격요건]
- 대학교 졸업자
- 5년 이상의 구매, SCM 관련 업무 경력자
- 영어 가능자
