- To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the piping engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to :
- Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
- Basis of Design / General Mechanical Drawings / Outline Specifications
- Loads calculations / Pump sizing
- Piping stress calculations (for Process, Chill water, cooling, heating and steam networks)
- Equipment Layout
- Systems diagrams and P&IDs
- Date sheet of equipment
- Bill of Materials Take off / 3D modelling
- Review and Developing the Detailed Piping Engineering
- Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor
- Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures
- Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site general contractor
| - Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 5~ +10 years’ experience in the mechanical engineering
- AutoCAD experience is must
- Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as Revit, PDMS or other Piping 3D Model tool, etc.
- Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Softwareis added value
- Preferred Good knowledge of GMP or pharmaceuticals regulated
- environment (USFDA and EMEA regulations) and industrial standard
- Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations

| 2명 | | Quantity Surveyor | - Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans
- Analyze project requirements and budget constraints
- Prepare standard documentation, reports, valuations, letters, financial reports
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required
- Ensure clarity and completeness in tender submissions
- Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement
- Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations
- Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims
- Prepare and agree final accounts
| - Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, better with recognised Degree(s) by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority or member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
- 4+ years’ experience in cost management as consultant or client representative
- Have experience working in data center or mission critical projects
- Proficient in quantity surveying and cost management services.
- Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to the fast track project.

- To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for Electrical engineer on Construction site to manage general contractor, vendor print review and quality inspection for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to
- HV or LV or PA or FA or Lighting or Grounding or MCC or Cable schedule Electrical drawing Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
- Management and coordination with client requirement
- Electrical Execution plan and management or ITP Plan or commissioning plan
- Project schedule and cost control and management
- Coordination for invoice and payment for General contractor
- Responsible for site inspection and report
- Construction all related Permits KESCO and Approvals
- Bill of Materials Take off
- Coordination and management of vendor and other discipline
- Technical clarification with vendor and or sub - constructor
- Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor
- Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures
- Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site general contractor
| - Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- +10 years’ experience in the electrical construction / engineering
- AutoCAD experience is must.
- Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as Sketch Up, 3D Max Modeling, Revit, etc.
- Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value
- MUST have Engineering Electrical license
- Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local legislative regulations / International codes regulations

- To perform this role successfully, the individual willbe responsible for the fire protection engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to:
- Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
- Basis of Design / General Fire Protection Drawings
- Hydraulic calculation for fire fighting system
- Fire Pump System design and selection (Pump curve / performance)
- Equipment Arrangement / Calculations & Technical specifications
- Fire fighting network and sprinkler coverage and head arrangement
- Bill of Materials Take off
- Knowledge and understanding of NFPA code and FM global standard
- Coordination and management of vendor and other discipline
- Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub - constructor
- Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor
- Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures

| - QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Degree / Discipline : Bachelor’s Degree in Fire and Disaster Prevention or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience required : +10 years’ experience in the mechanical engineering
- Competencies :
- AutoCAD experience is must
- Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as Sketch Up, 3D Max Modeling, Revit, etc.
- Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value
- (MUST) Engineering Fire Protection System Mechanical
