Responsibilities:
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be
responsible for the piping engineering coordinator & preparation of
drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project
including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of
Industrial processing area but not limited to:

Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
·
Basis of Design / General Mechanical Drawings /
Outline Specifications
·
Loads calculations / Pump sizing
·
Piping stress calculations (for Process, Chill
water, cooling, heating and steam networks)
·
Equipment Layout
·
Systems diagrams and P&IDs
·
Date sheet of equipment
·
Bill of Materials Take off / 3D modelling
·
Review and Developing the Detailed Piping Engineering
·
Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor
or sub-contractor
·
Ensuring design work interfaces well with that
of other disciplines.
·
Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering
standards and procedures
·
Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site
Construction Work and liaison with site general contractor
Competencies:
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
·
5~ +10 years’ experience in the mechanical
engineering
·
AutoCAD experience is must
·
Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such
as Revit, PDMS or other Piping 3D Model tool, etc.
·
Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is
added value
·
Preferred Good knowledge of GMP or
pharmaceuticals regulated
·
environment (USFDA and EMEA regulations) and
industrial standard
·
Thorough Knowledge of Korea Code and local
legislative regulations / International codes regulations
·
Added value in having past work experience in
the multicultural team environment
