Job Description
Direct Report to
- Product Marketing Manager
 
Main Purpose of Job
- Develop a strategy of each category, ensuring its continuous alignment with market demands and fulfillment of overarching business objectives and lead the marketing activation
 
Product Management 
- Lead all global launch campaigns including full 360 marketing activation in line with marketing objective and strategy with HQ team as well as local team
- Plan, Manage and integrate campaigns with related teams and persons ( e-commerce, trade, training, etc.)   including timeline, budget, action plan, key strategy, messages and actions 
- Pre & post evaluation of coffee campaigns 
- Develop key concept, key copy and brochures of campaigns and cooperate and integrate activities to roll out throughout touchpoints of consumers
- Leverage global assets to create activation opportunities     
- Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy.
- Align the product strategy with the company`s business goals and objectives.                
- Coordinate and execute product launches, working closely with key stakeholders
 
Forecast & sales analysis  
- Forecast products, GWP and review with commercial teams and SCM team to keep accuracy and manage optimal stock management 
- Work closely together with commercial teams and finance teams to manage value chain and stock level  
- Analyze sales and provide report
 
Market Intelligence  
- Analyze and provide consumer insight & market intelligence including market, trend, coffee knowledge, competition   
- Cooperate for global and local driven consumer research projects
 
Communication 
- Localize retail comm assets for new campaign including promotion in accordance with brand guidelines and develop local assets to support local initiatives
- Internal communication for campaign  
 
Budget management  
- Responsible for budget planning and management


Job Requirements

  1. - University degree preferred
  2. - Worked in a similar position for at least +3 years in a Market 
  3. - Brand/ product management experience is preferred
  4. - Work experience with cross functional team is a must
  5. - Fluent in English
  6. - Work experience in MNC is preferred   
  7. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking
