A multinational luxury fashion brand is searching for a Business Planning & Control Manager. The chosen applicant will lead the budget process, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the budget process and prepare comprehensive financial forecasts including sales, margin, headcount, FTE, and expenses
• Support the preparation of financial bridge analysis and presentations
• Ensure monthly financial statements present a true and fair view of the financial position
• Prepare monthly management reports including variance analysis and provide insightful comments vs. historical data and forecasts
• Execute business performance analytics including rolling forecast, retail price positioning analysis, store opening, investment, and inventory management
• Work on other projects such as investment planning, country takeover, e-commerce initiatives, store opening, or renovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business
• More than 8 years of related experience
• Prior international and retail experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess a valid accounting certification is advantageous
• Fluent level English
