Responsibilities:     

·         Oversee direct construction projects from conception to completion.

·         Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

·         Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

·         Oversee & coordinate with architect, quantity surveyor, E&M consultant for contractors.

·         Review the work progress on daily basis and provide internal report to top management.

·         Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

·         Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

·         Manage all project documentation and communication, record filing.

·         Responsible for carrying out assessment on the effect of proposed construction activities and precautionary measures to ensure the overall stability of construction projects.

·         Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects on budget on time and assurance that the project scope and quality meet Company Design Standards and the objectives set for the project. 

·         Liaise with external parties which include contractors, vendors, government authorities & public utilities. 

Requirement:

·         Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

·         At least 7 years relevant experience in construction projects of industrial buildings.

·         Experience of working with an overseas office is an advantage.

·         Knowledge of construction details, relevant rules & regulations and quality standards is an advantage.

·         Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, proven multi-tasking ability, able to work under pressure and tight schedule.

·         Good command of written and spoken English is preferable.

·         Experience of data center construction project is an advantage.

자격요건

l 대학교 이상 기계관련 학위 소지자

l 건설회사 또는 설계사무소 경력 7년 이상 경력자

우대사항

l 데이터센터 구축 경험 우대

l 해외 프로젝트 경험 우대

l 전기 관련 자격증 보유 우대

l 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
