구조화된 배선 프로젝트를 시작부터 완료까지 관리하여 프로젝트가 시간과 예산 제약 내에서 완료되도록 합니다. 구조화된 케이블링 산업에 대한 이해와 급변하는 환경에서 기한 내에 작업할 수 있는 능력.

 

책임

  • 완료를 통해 구조화된 배선 프로젝트를 계획, 조정 및 촉진하는 데 주도적인 역할 수행
  • 여러 프로젝트 및 프로젝트 팀 관리
  • 활성 프로젝트 계획을 유지하는 책임
  • 작업 일정에 대한 진행 상황 생성 및 추적
  • 프로젝트 예산 및 수익성 유지
  • 그에 따라 설계 검토 및 업데이트 계획 및 "완성" 도면 수행
  • 리소스 관리 및 리소스 요구 사항 예측 지원
  • 데이터 수집 및 테스트 결과 문서화
  • 설계/시공 문서 개발, 프로젝트 예산, 고객 제안, 시스템 공급업체와의 조정, 수행된 작업 모니터링 및 검사
  • 프로젝트 상태 및 결과에 대한 관리 보고서 작성 및 제시
  • 회사를 대신하여 위험 완화

 

기술/지식 요구 사항

대한민국 국적으로 영어와 한국어로 의사소통 가능.

통신 케이블 업계에서 4년 이상의 경력

음성, 데이터, 비디오, 공장 외부, BMS 및 오디오-비주얼 시스템을 위한 구조화된 배선 시스템에 대한 입증된 경험.

실무 프로젝트 관리자로서 프로젝트 팀 관리 전문가

모든 유형의 배선 프로젝트에 대한 프로젝트 팀의 모범 사례 교육에 능숙

ISO/EIA/TIA 표준에 대한 전문적인 이해

다양한 산업 제품 라인을 이해하고 인증.

통신 도면 및 계획을 읽고 이해하는 전문 능력

MS Office 및 MS Project 능숙자

고객, 공급업체 및 동료를 대할 때 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 기술 보유

프로젝트 요구에 따라 일부 주말 및 초과 근무를 할 수 있어야 합니다.

해당 코드 및 BICSI 표준에 대한 지식

RCDD 인증 선호.

경력에 따른 급여

정보통신공사협회에서 발급한 경력수첩 보유.

 

Summary: Project Manager Korea 

Manage Structured Cabling Projects from beginning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. An understanding of the structured cabling industry and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Taking a lead role in planning, coordinating, and facilitating structured cabling projects through completion
  • Manage multiple projects and project team
  • Responsible for maintaining active project plans
  • Create and track progress on work schedules
  • Maintain project budgets and profitability
  • Perform design review and update plans and “as-built” drawings accordingly
  • Assists the with resource management and forecasting resource requirements
  • Collect data and document test results
  • Develop design/construction documents, project budgets, customer proposals, coordination with system vendors, monitor and inspect work performed
  • Create and present management reports on project status and outcomes
  • Mitigates risk on behalf of the company

 

Skill/Knowledge Requirements

  • English/Korean Bilingual speaker
  • 4+ years’ experience in the telecommunication cabling industry
  • Proven experience in structured cabling systems for Voice, Data, Video, Outside Plant, BMS, and Audio-Visual Systems.
  • Expert in managing project team as a working project manager
  • Skilled at teaching project team’s best practices for all types of cabling projects
  • Have an expert understanding of ISO/EIA/TIA standards
  • Understand and certified in a broad array of industry product lines.
  • Expert ability in reading and understanding telecommunications drawings and plans
  • MS Office and MS Project proficient
  • Have good communications and people skills in dealing with client, vendors, and co-workers
  • Must have the ability to work some weekends and overtime as projects demand
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and BICSI standards
  • KICA Certificate required.
  • RCDD Certification is not required, but preferred.
