Job Description
    Key roles and responsibilities
  • 50% : Drive and coordinate new business development for Customer Acquisition
  • 30% : Definition and implementation of growth strategy in each segment and for vertical initiative
  • 20% : Account Management
    Primary function

    1. Definition and implementation of growth strategy in each segment by customer and by product

    2. Drive customer acquisitions of new business in each segment and maintain strong relationship with existing key accounts (if any)

    3. Responsible for sales and profitability, incl. reporting to stakeholders

    4. Analyze and evaluate sales trends, performance, market penetration and distribution in each segment

    5. Interface with cross functional teams i.e. customer service, product managers to drive customer experience

    6. Focus areas

  • P&T (Performance and transmission)
  • New non-automotive biz opportunities (e.g. heating, logistics, medical, predictive maintenance)
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial / Electronic Engineering, Sales, Marketing - Technical and Commercial Background
  • Minimum 5-8 years Sales and Marketing experience
  • Account Management experience
  • Knowledge of channel business, leads research method and validation
  • Proven industry knowledge and network in Korean motorsports & performance industry
  • International exposure
  • Technical competence along with commercial experience
  • Self-motivated to deliver results
  • Close collaboration with all levels of staff, good team player
  • Strong curiosity to investigate & logical thinking with a very structured way of working
  • Strong ability in problem solving and negotiation
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Willingness to domestic travel
